Systemic Change Associates
How we work
Simply put, our interventions are relational, systemic & focused on navigating change effectively.
At the heart of our work is a commitment to work in partnership with our clients as they make better sense of their complex, unpredictable and often incomprehensible professional worlds and take more positive, pragmatic & transformative action.
As systemic practitioners, team facilitators, coaches, educators and leaders working mostly in the public & charity sectors we are driven by a desire to help co-create more equitable, meaningful and supportive social worlds.
We recognise that change is rarely straightforward when working in a complex landscape. We want our clients to become better equipped at sitting with uncertainty and multiple competing tensions and we work hard to ensure they can continue to thrive long after our work ends.
We have found systemic and dialogic approaches to be most effective when working in unpredictable, messy or incoherent organisational worlds and our approach is therefore heavily informed by systemic ideas and principles. We recognise that many clients don't fully know what a systemic approach means or involves and so we will always take time during initial exploratory conversations to discuss this so that potential clients can consider whether it is the most useful approach for them.
