Coaching
We offer individual or team coaching alongside our coach training programmes & coach supervision.
Our approach is collaborative and fundamentally systemic.
Our coaching sessions usually last 90 minutes and we often work with clients for up to 4-6 sessions before exploring whether further sessions may be useful.
Leadership coaching can help leaders achieve their full potential, maximise their chance of success in relation to a particular goal, improve effectiveness, develop insight into unhelpful behaviours which may be holding them back or to learn new skills.
Coaching conversations are purposeful, supportive, confidential and non-judgemental.
They can be particularly useful for those experiencing difficult organisational or team dynamics.
